Terms and conditions

Last updated: 2 November 2026

These terms govern your use of milayacapital.co.uk. Please read them carefully, in particular the section explaining that nothing on this website is an offer, a recommendation or investment advice.

Who we are

milayacapital.co.uk (the ‘website’) is the UK website of the Milaya Capital group. It is operated by Milaya Capital Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, whose registered office is at First Floor, 34 Great Queen Street, London WC2B 5AA (‘Milaya Capital UK’, ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’).

The Milaya group is made up of separate legal entities in different countries. References on this website to ‘Milaya’, ‘Milaya Capital’, ‘the group’ or ‘our companies’ are made for convenience only and do not mean that any company is responsible for the obligations of another.

Accepting these terms

By accessing or using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. These terms should be read together with our Privacy policy and Cookie policy.

No offer, investment advice or solicitation

The content of this website is general information about the Milaya group and its activities. It is not an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any securities, fund interests or other investments, and it is not investment, financial, legal, tax or accounting advice.

Nothing on the website is intended to be, or should be treated as, an invitation or inducement to engage in investment activity for the purposes of section 21 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000. Nothing on it is a recommendation that any investment, strategy or transaction is suitable for you, and nothing on it creates a client or advisory relationship between you and any Milaya company. You should not act, or refrain from acting, on the basis of any content on the website without first taking independent professional advice suited to your circumstances.

The website is not directed at any person in any jurisdiction where its publication or availability would be contrary to local law or regulation. Persons in such jurisdictions must not rely on it.

Any reference to investments, portfolio companies, transactions or performance is for illustration only. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Statements about plans, strategies or expectations are forward-looking, involve risks and uncertainties, and may not be achieved. Any investment or business relationship with a Milaya company will be governed only by separate written agreements and, where relevant, offering documents, and not by this website.

You must not:

  • use the website in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation, or that is fraudulent or harmful;

Accuracy of information and changes to the website

We take reasonable care in preparing the content of the website, but it is provided for general information only and may not be complete, accurate or up to date. Figures, descriptions of group companies and other information are given as at the date of publication and may change without notice. We are under no obligation to update the content.

We may update, change, suspend or withdraw the website, or any part of it, at any time. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or uninterrupted, or that it will be free from errors or viruses. You are responsible for using your own virus protection software.

Intellectual property

All content of the website, including text, images, graphics, design and layout, is owned by or licensed to the Milaya group and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Except as permitted by these terms or by law, you must not copy, reproduce, distribute, adapt or use any content, name or logo for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

Links to other websites

The website contains links to the websites of group companies and of third parties. Those websites are not controlled by us, are run under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. A link does not mean that we endorse the linked website or its contents.

You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and lawful, does not damage our reputation and does not suggest any association with, or endorsement by, us that does not exist.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales.

If you use the website as a business, then, to the extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied conditions, warranties, representations and other terms that may apply to the website or its content, and we will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website, or from reliance on any of its content. In particular, we will not be liable for loss of profits, revenue, business or opportunity, business interruption, loss of goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss.

If you are a consumer, please note that we provide the website for domestic and private use only. We will not be liable to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

We will not be liable for loss or damage caused by a virus, denial-of-service attack or other harmful material that may affect your equipment or data because of your use of the website or of any website linked to it, unless it results from our failure to use reasonable care and skill.

Your privacy

We process any personal data you give us through the website in accordance with our Privacy policy. Information about cookies is in our Cookie policy, and you can change your choices at any time through Cookie settings.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time by updating this page. The date shown on this page tells you when they were last updated. Please check this page whenever you use the website, as the version in force at that time will apply to you.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, their subject matter and their formation, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or with the website (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by the law of England and Wales.

If you use the website as a business, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction: if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings there, and if you live outside the United Kingdom, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection given to you by the law of the country where you live.

General

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. If we do not insist straight away that you do something you are required to do under these terms, or delay taking action, we may still take that action later. Nobody other than you and us has any right to enforce these terms.
